Do I need an appointment to shop in your boutique?

Yes, appointments are recommended to ensure that we can provide you with personalized service and dedicated time with one of our experienced consultants.

Working with a dedicated stylist allows you to explore the collections that best suit your vision, learn about available options, and receive professional guidance throughout the selection process.

While we do welcome walk-in guests, stylist availability cannot be guaranteed. To avoid disappointment and ensure the best possible experience, we strongly recommend booking an appointment in advance.

How do I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment through our website by clicking the calendar image at the top of the page or using the link below.

To respect the dedicated time reserved for you, our stylists, and other clients, a valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. No charge will be applied unless the appointment is missed, cancelled, or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice.

How long does it take to order bridesmaid dresses?
We strongly recommend ordering bridesmaid gowns at least 5 months before the wedding date. Some designers may offer rush delivery options for an additional fee, depending on the style and availability.

To ensure the best colour consistency, we recommend that all bridesmaids place their orders together. Orders placed separately or added at a later date may be produced from a different dye lot, which can result in slight colour variations. Manufacturers cannot guarantee an exact colour match between different production runs, and colours may also vary from fabric swatches and digital images.

For the best experience, we recommend booking a Bridesmaid Appointment for your bridal party. Your group will be assigned a dedicated stylist who will assist with gown selection, sizing, and ordering. Bridesmaid appointments are one hour in length.

Please arrive on time for your appointment, as late arrivals may reduce the time available with your stylist. Appointment times cannot be extended due to late arrivals, as other appointments are scheduled throughout the day.

I'm looking for a prom or evening dress. What should I expect when I come in?
Our prom and evening wear appointments are conducted on a one-to-one basis with a dedicated stylist to ensure each customer receives personalized attention and assistance throughout their shopping experience.

Many of our prom and evening gowns are available for immediate purchase directly from stock, while others may be available by special order. For the best selection of styles, colours, and sizes, we recommend shopping early.

During wet or snowy weather, we ask that outdoor footwear be removed before entering the fitting areas. Complimentary slippers are available for your convenience, or you are welcome to bring your own indoor footwear.

For shoppers seeking exceptional value, we offer a large selection of clearance prom gowns at savings of up to 60% off original prices.

Please note that in-stock merchandise must be paid for in full and taken home on the day of purchase. Ordering early also helps reduce the chance of another student from your school selecting the same gown and provides access to the widest selection available.

What can I expect from my bridal appointment?
Your bridal appointment includes a one-hour consultation with a dedicated bridal stylist.

Our open-concept bridal salon allows you to explore a wide variety of silhouettes, fabrics, and designer collections during your visit.

You are welcome to bring photos of gowns, designers, or styles that inspire you. Your stylist will take the time to understand your vision, preferences, venue, and wedding style before making personalized recommendations.

We encourage brides to keep an open mind throughout the process. Many brides are surprised to discover that the gown they ultimately choose is different from what they originally envisioned. Our experienced stylists are trained to identify silhouettes and design details that complement your figure, personality, and overall wedding aesthetic.

Our goal is to help you find a gown that feels authentically you and makes you feel confident, beautiful, and unforgettable on your wedding day.

Can I book a private consultation appointment room?
For brides seeking a more private and personalized experience, we offer our VIP Bridal Styling Experience. This exclusive 1.5-hour consultation takes place in a private bridal suite and can accommodate the bride plus up to 5 guests.

Unlike our standard bridal appointments, the VIP experience is separate from the main bridal salon, allowing you and your guests to enjoy a more intimate and focused shopping experience.

Is there a limit to the number of guests that I can bring?
We understand that choosing your wedding gown is a special moment, and many important people in your life may want to share in the experience. We recommend bringing guests who know your personal style and understand the overall vision for your wedding, as this often makes the decision-making process more enjoyable and productive.

Our standard bridal consultations can accommodate the bride plus up to 3 guests. For brides wishing to bring additional guests, we offer VIP and Diamond appointment experiences with expanded seating and enhanced accommodations.

What should I bring to my appointment?
You will be paired with a dedicated bridal stylist, so feel free to bring photos of gowns, designers, or styles that inspire you.

Your stylist will assist you in and out of the gowns throughout your appointment. For hygienic reasons and your comfort, we ask that you wear appropriate undergarments while trying on wedding gowns.

Wedding gowns are constructed differently than everyday clothing and formal wear. Our experienced stylists are trained to properly fit, clip, and present each gown so you can visualize how it may look when ordered in your size.

If you plan to wear heels on your wedding day, we recommend bringing shoes with a similar heel height. Some gowns may be available to order in special lengths, and having an accurate heel height can help determine the best option for you.

When should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Please note that this does not apply to appointments booked at our opening time.

Because we often have appointments scheduled immediately before and after yours, especially on weekends, we may not be able to accommodate early arrivals or extend appointments due to a late arrival.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment. While we will always do our best to accommodate every bride, this may not always be possible depending on our schedule.

What sizes are available to try on?
Our bridal salon carries sample gowns in a variety of styles from multiple designers, with sample sizes generally ranging from 6 to 24.

As we typically carry one sample per style, the gown you wish to try on may not be available in your exact size. However, our experienced stylists are trained to help brides visualize fit and silhouette, and we will be happy to review the designer's size availability and ordering options for your specific measurements.

Please note that availability varies by designer and style.

What is the price range of your wedding gowns?
Our bridal collection features an extensive selection of designer wedding gowns and luxury bridal brands. Wedding gowns start at approximately $1,800 and range up to $13,000.

For brides seeking exceptional value, we also offer a large selection of in-stock gowns available for immediate purchase at reduced prices. These gowns may be discontinued styles, sample gowns, or designer overstock and can be viewed in the Clearance section of our website.

Are photographs allowed?
Taking photos throughout the appointment can be distracting and may take away from the experience of finding your gown. To help brides stay focused on how they feel in each dress, we reserve photography for the gowns that become your Top Contenders.

Once we have identified your favourite gowns, your stylist will take photos of you in those selections so you can review and compare them afterward. This approach helps keep the appointment enjoyable and focused while ensuring you still have images of your top choices to reference.

Please note that sample gowns may differ from the gown you ultimately order in terms of colour, fit, and condition. As sample gowns have not been professionally altered to your measurements, they may not reflect the exact appearance of your finished gown.

When should I order my veil and/or headpiece?
Special-order designer veils may require 4-6 months for delivery. For this reason, we recommend selecting your veil and accessories at the time you order your gown whenever possible.

If you prefer, you may schedule a separate accessories appointment at a later date. Please keep in mind that many of our gowns are sold directly from stock and may no longer be available in-store when you return. As a result, the original gown may not be available to try on when selecting your accessories.

How far in advance do I need to buy my gown?
For the greatest selection and to allow adequate time for production, shipping, and alterations, we recommend purchasing your wedding gown 8-10 months before your wedding date.

While some gowns may be available on a rush basis, ordering early provides the best opportunity to avoid additional rush fees and ensures adequate time for alterations before your wedding day.

What is a special-order gown?
Most of the gowns we sell are special-order gowns when the required size, colour, or style is not available in stock.

At the time of purchase, measurements are taken and compared to the designer's size chart to determine the most appropriate manufacturer size to order. Wedding gowns, mothers' gowns, bridesmaid gowns, prom gowns, and evening wear are ordered according to the manufacturer's sizing standards and are not custom made to your individual body measurements.

While our stylists may provide sizing recommendations based on your measurements, all recommendations are provided as guidance only. The final size selected and ordered is the customer's sole decision and responsibility.

Alterations are almost always required to achieve the best possible fit. Once your gown arrives, our in-house bridal specialists will alter the manufacturer's garment to fit your body and preferences.

How do I pay for my gown?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, and cash.

Special-order wedding gowns require a 60% deposit at the time the order is placed, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.

Special-order bridesmaid gowns, prom gowns, mothers' gowns, and evening wear must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

All in-stock merchandise must be paid in full and taken home on the day of purchase.

For security purposes, the cardholder must be present when making payment by credit card.

How do I know what size to order if I can't find my size in stock?
Each designer provides their own size chart, and wedding gowns, mothers' gowns, bridesmaid gowns, and evening wear are ordered according to the manufacturer's sizing standards. These garments are not custom made to your individual body measurements; therefore, alterations are often required to achieve the best possible fit.

Measurements are taken at the time of purchase and compared to the designer's size chart. While our stylists may provide sizing recommendations based on those measurements, all recommendations are provided as guidance only. The final size selected and ordered is the customer's sole decision and responsibility.

If measurements fall between sizes, a larger size is often recommended, as it is generally easier to take a garment in than to let it out. Formalwear sizing frequently differs from everyday clothing sizes, and the size ordered may not correspond to the size normally worn in retail clothing.

When shall I schedule my first fitting?
Once you have been notified that your special-order gown has arrived, our Customer Service team will review the alteration schedule with you and arrange appointments based on availability.

We generally recommend beginning bridal alterations approximately 8-10 weeks before your wedding date. If your gown was ordered on a rush basis, the alteration timeline may need to be adjusted and will be discussed with you individually.

Please note that all alteration appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

How many fittings will I need?
Most brides require 2-3 alteration appointments to ensure their gown fits beautifully and comfortably. Customizations or changes to the original design of the gown may require additional fittings and will be assessed on an individual basis.
Do you offer in-house alterations and what is the cost?
We have in-house seamstresses and offer alterations for wedding gowns, mother-of-the-occasion gowns, evening wear, and prom gowns. We also provide referrals for bridesmaid gown alterations.

Bridal alterations start at $795. Alteration costs vary depending on the gown's construction, fit requirements, and any customizations requested. Changes to the original design of the gown are additional and will be quoted separately based on the work required.

Our seamstresses are bridal specialists, and we can accommodate only a limited number of bridal alteration bookings each month. For this reason, we recommend purchasing your wedding gown well in advance of your wedding date if you wish to take advantage of our in-house alteration services.

What is your return and/or refund policy?
There are no returns, refunds, exchanges, or transferred credits once any merchandise is ordered and/or purchased from stock. All sales are final.
What happens if our event or wedding is cancelled?
All purchases are final. If your wedding and/or event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, you remain responsible for the full payment of any merchandise and services ordered on your behalf.
