They contain very important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. By using any of Amanda-Lina's Sposa web sites, including phone orders, verbal orders, fax orders or submitting any order, products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreements to be bound by, the sales terms and conditions set forth below. Bridal Shop Policy
No refunds can be made once gowns are ordered since each gown is made to order. They are not returnable to the manufacturer. This is standard in the bridal industry. The same policy exists for all accessories.
Normal shipping delivery of gowns can range from immediate shipment to 24 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Rush orders are possible (at an extra cost).
Amanda-Lina's Sposa is not responsible for any customer requests of size changes after an order is placed. Exact body measurements must be given at the time of order.
Price and Payment Terms
Your total price for the products will be stated on your purchase receipt. Payment for the products must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Orders are not binding upon Amanda-Lina's Sposa until accepted by Amanda-Lina's Sposa. Any price quotations given by Amanda-Lina's Sposa will be valid for the period stated on the quotation, with the exception that Amanda-Lina's Sposa reserves the right to reject any sale for any reason, including for a misprint in the price quotation or advertisement. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling or applicable sales taxes, which will be added. The shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties and this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country, based on the order value of your shipment.
We recommend you inspect your package for damage before accepting it. If your package appears to have incurred damage in shipping you would be advised not to accept the parcel. If you have already received the package and then notice the damage, make sure that you keep the packaging and contact us within 72 hours to report the damage and request a returns authorization number.
